Community ConnectionsKay Kennedy comes to HPPR with a wealth of knowledge about nonprofit fundraising, community engagement, and advocating for the arts in the Texas Panhandle. She has served in the leadership role for nine arts entities, served three terms on the Texas Arts Commission Peer Review Panel including one as chairman, and held the Certified Fund Raising Executive designation (CFRE) for nine years.
