Reporting Problems
If you are experiencing any service problems please report them to us by calling 800-678-7444 during business hours. After hours, if you are a Signal Monitor, please contact us at the Signal Monitor address you were provided when you became a Signal Monitor. Otherwise, email Chuck Springer, HPPR's chief engineer, or report any less urgent issues by posting to the comment section at the bottom of this page.
When providing your report, please include:
- Your listening location
- The frequency you are trying to listen to (or specify how you are streaming online)
- The general nature of the problem (e.g. no signal, weak signal, distorted signal)
- When you first noticed the problem
- How we can best reach you if follow-up is needed
Thank you for your help in keeping HPPR’s far-flung network of transmitters reliable.
You might also consider becoming an HPPR Signal Monitor. It's not a big committment-- we just need some listeners who we can rely upon to let us know when HPPR is having issues in their area. Email us to volunteer or learn more. After emailing us, please watch for a reply email from a separate email address, as such an email might make its way to your spam folder.
