Oklahoma: Lone Democrat joins US 3rd District race

Lone Democrat, Frankie Lee Robbins, wants to unseat 10-term U.S. Rep Frank Lucas in Oklahoma’s 3rd Congressional District according to The Republic.

Robbins is the last contender to join the race which includes Republicans Lucas, Robert Hubbard of Yukon, and Timothy Ray Murray of Moore.

Murray has made a previous bid for the seat, but during that race ran as a Democrat.

Oklahoma's 3rd Congressional District is the largest in the state and covers all of western Oklahoma, stretching from the Oklahoma Panhandle and southwestern corner of the state to the northern fringes of Oklahoma City.
