Stripers.... mmm mmm good!

Luke Clayton and Larry Sparks “Sparky” call in to share with Marshall Allen Bailey their favorite ways to cook striper. These men are down on Lake Texoma fishing, and they have caught a bunch. Sparky kicks it off with his method of cooking stripers on the half shell.

Each year about this time, thousands of sea gulls converge on Lake Texoma, situated on the Texas/Oklahoma border and striper fishing becomes red hot.

Stripers are feeding heavily now, pushing shad to the surface and the gulls point savvy anglers to schools of feeding fish!
Join Luke and guest Larry Sparks with Sparky's Guide Service.  Last week we learned how to catch these hard fighting fish.  This week we'll learn how to cook them.
