If you’re factoring in property tax rates when choosing where to live, Hawaii has the lowest real estate taxes in the United States according to a survey from WalletHub.
When it comes to the listening region.. Colorado residents pay the least amount of real estate taxes… the 10th lowest in the nation…. And at the other end of the spectrum. Texans pay some of the highest real estate taxes in the nation… only four states are higher. Nebraska’s not far behind the Lone Star State, and Kansas follows pretty closely.
Kansas is one of the costliest states in the region when it comes to vehicle property taxes. Texas and Oklahoma have some of the most reasonable fees in the nation.
