KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at very reduced power and signal range using a back-up transmitter. This is because of complicated problems with its very old primary transmitter. Local engineers are currently working on that transmitter and consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR mix service or HPPR connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

Dr. Dave Rausch is Teel Bivins Professor of Political Science at West Texas A&M University. He earned a BA degree in Political Science at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. His MA and PhD degrees, both in Political Science, were earned at the University of Oklahoma. After teaching for four years at Fairmont State College in West Virginia, he moved to West Texas A&M University in 1998. At WTAMU, he shares his experiences helping his father run for office in Pennsylvania as well as his work in the office of former United States Representative Bob Inglis (R-SC). Dave and his wife Mary, a WTAMU librarian, live in Canyon.
