Local engineers are continuing to work on the transmitter and are consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. A previous Web introduction incorrectly said that the Rev. Frank Schaefer's congregation was unaware that he presided over his son's 2007 same-sex wedding until this year. In fact, the disciplinary proceedings were prompted by a parishioner's report to church authorities this year.
